Let me get this straight - you want YOUR generation to take
credit for Chevy Chase and Dan Aykroyd ????
BTW, Chevy is 13 years older than me, and I'm old enough to be
your Daddy. In fact ..... oh, nevermind.
Ever hear of a little show that USED to be good ( the original
cast ) called SNL ? Guess what decade it's from ??? :-)
On a totally irrelevant note - I once did 2 gigs with Lou

The problem with the old SNLs is I don't understand the jokes.
I am voting for Obama but I hope McCain wins. The only way the
American people take action is if things get so horribly bad they force
change. For now not enough families are losing their kids.
My generation X - I think isn't really in a position to do anything.
We're still clawing in the middle management positions. Once the oldies
die off alot of new ideas will surface.
Generation Z is what I'm worried about. There are 18 year olds who
don't know a world without text messaging or IMs. That scares me. They
don't know how to do research. Neither do the teachers. Its amazing.
All I know is, I'm ready and set to communicate with my family should
the need arise to go "on the run" or off the grid as some put it.
With my Trusty Macbook and FreeBSD Gateway, I'm ready to hit the road or
head off to wherever.

You want to help make things better... that doesn't happen by going "on the
run".
