I have used the Web site and I find it very useful. What you did was show
the end result of the diagnosis and then claimed it was wrong. What you did
not do is tell the group how you came to this diagnosis and why. At the
bottom right hand corner is a number and I back tracked that number and
found the diagnosis was indeed right. I have been in the HVACR industry for
24 years, have two masters and my own company. This web site is designed for
anyone to be able to diagnose an HVAC problem BUT it also claims that a
".....REPUTABLE HVAC SERVICE COMPANY SHOULD RESOLVE THE PROBLEM..." The
diagnostic section of the site was not designed for HVAC technicians but for
the system's owner. I like the fact that I know what is wrong with my system
and that a tech can go directly to the problem. It saves time and money. I
like that it is a free site. I like what this site is offering and I can see
the direction they are taking. I respect your comments but it seems that you
are trying to steer people away from a very resourceful site. Let others try
it and come up with their own conclusions.....
