There are a lot of myths about mold and especially black toxic mold which is
quite uncommon and only grows on UNTREATED cellulose materiel. Black toxic
mold is circular and has a purple or green ring around its edges. To rid a
building of mold involves a couple of simple steps. First reduce the RH via
a decent AC system. Then to remove large patches of mold, spray them with a
mixture of bleach and water (50/50.)
My house was flooded during Katrina with four foot of bayou brine. I cranked
up the AC, and sprayed the walls with the bleach and water mix. Problem
solved!
Black toxic mold is in the same league as global warming due to CO2 and
ozone depletion due to Freon.
BUT... if you are in the business it is one hell of a good racket!

I might add that your website does not show a single picture of black toxic
mold even though you do mention it. What you are advertising is downright
fraudulent..!
