And....
How many people will he tell that you're a parts house?
How many people will he tell "that SOB gave me the wrong parts", after he
messes up the installation/equipment?
I don't know about you guys, but I'm a full service HVAC shop. If someone
wants "parts" they can go buy them at a distributor. If they don't have the
requirements to purchase, then they probably don't have the qualifications
to work on the equipment.
