I am not so sure who wrote # 3 statement but who ever did
it is proving facts that in many places where AC can't keep up
with demand in after noon by spraying fine mist of water on to
condenser it helps bring some temperature down, this is done in
many places like restaurants and some other places where may have
large gathering of people for short period of time.
