rancid final paragraph of this doctored version was not in the
original letter; and snopes notes that the complaining citizen wrote a
letter of apology once he read the actual Lt. Colonel's actual letter.

Yes it seems to be on lot places where Idiots complain on
noise like they by house next to Hwy's and then they want
noise barrier to cut down on noise at tax payer expense.
How many of you thinks that is fair.
