Correct.

But even up here humidity ( as opposed to temperature alone ) has a huge
effect on comfort.

So, definately more to it than "open the windows cause its cooler
outside"...

We have windows, and 90+degree temps with 80 - 90% humidity most of the time
too.

Whereas this time of year the morning temp in the 1500sf shop is generally
about 73, but then we fire up somewheres between 10 and 50 kva worth of
machinery.
