Actually it has to do with defrosting the coil.
Most True coolers always rattle and vibrate like hell IMO. I cant
blame all of it on poor service because Ive seen brand new ones be
just as loud. Especially if they have a K body.
I hate equipment that has to be upgraded beyond manufactures specs in
order to be acceptable to the end user.
