When was the last time you went through your service panel at
home and tightened up every connection ?

Did mine today ( it's been a couple of years ) and found one
VERY loose neutral, and one slightly loose neutral.

        Check yours today !

NOT for the uninitiated Homeowner, though.... Just a caveat.

When we do (yes we do) flat-rate PM's on commercial panels the first
thing done is removing the cover plate, use a IR thermo and check the
backplane. Then, we shoot every single connection to check for temps >10
percent of the backplane.

You can find a lot of problems really quickly that way.

Good practice but remember the only way your gonna find loose terminations
that way is with circuits that are currently carrying a load.
