        Yes - send me the postage first, and I'll get that right out
to you.

        Current postage rate for a keyboard is $ 127.45

The weather you describe sounds the same as here in Virginia. I had a
18 seer heat pump installed in May of 2006. In Feb this year, our
coldest month, my electric bill was 213 dollars. My electric bill
during the summer months was about 140 dollars.

In response to your Hot Water heating question. The on demand water heater
would probably be a good bet. The Heat Pump is the way to go (what is your
electric rate, what is your propane rate). With the waterheater make sure
your water quality is good, and plan on having maintenance on the water
heater annually
