Thanks for the field report. Nice to hear that the Sears I knew and
didn't love is still much the same.

The Sears guy has come and gone...Complete waste of my time. The only
thing
he showed me was the price. Absolutely nothing about the equipment
other
than Good, Better, Best. Oh, and his prices were astronomical.

The level of service HAS to be much better than it was before they fired
your sorry hack ass.
