It looks like that you are low on refrigerant or restriction
some place in liquid line TXV, cap tube, filter drier
what ever you are there I can only guess

I have a pretty good idea of what the problem is, and what you will find
when you correct the problem. I also have a pretty good idea of whats gonna
break next and what caused it.

If your gonna play with these things, you need to go back to school and
learn how to do it right before you cost the landlord or management company
a whole lot *MORE* money because you don't have the training.

        Me too. Then he's going to sawp out the condensing unit, and
if he gets lucky it'll work.
