I STOPPED WORKING FOR ALL HOME WARRANTY COMPANIES years ago.....they are the
cheapest fucking asshole alive. No matter what you tell them. They don't
cover it. Even a friend of mine in the HVAC business worked a deal with a
few of them. I saw him a few weeks ago, he mentioned he even stopped doing
any work for them. The insurance companies screwed him out of thousand of
$$$$ they owed him

BUBBA...walk away while...no no no, RUN away while you still have no
investment to the job

Just tell the Ho "I don't deal with the home warranty
companies, because they screw contractors. If you would like me to do
your work, you will need to pay me directly, my invoiced price. What
you work out with some other company like HMS is between you and
them". Very simple.

I like to top post....that way I don't have to search for posts and comments

But that's the best way to do it....charge the customer, give them an
invoice and let them deal with the warranty company

All these Real Estate companies use that scam to get client's to list
homes......"You can list your home with a warranty"....the warranty company
NEVER sends anyone to do a visual as to what they are warranting....
