        Assuming it's an auto-reset limit ( not a one-time fusible
link ), your readings tell you exactly NOTHING about it's history,
IOW, did it REALLY trip ( at which point the system will lock out )
and then later cool down and reset ( at which point the sytem will
REMAIN locked out ).

        So, call a pro to fix it.

Yea, things tend to report errors till they are reset.

Are you sure? Do you test it? If so, how?

Why can't it be a problem due to "lack of maintenence" or an "installation
issue"?

Sure, how much money you want to spent to test it?
