Don't need a putri dish to calculate the effective irradiation.
As for labs, I have use of two local university bio level 3 labs, 1 level
IIIb lab. Yes, and a whole host of lovely viri and bacteria to play with.
Not to mention the supply of soft flurry animals to inject with toxic agents
lol.

Tell you what, just out of interest, how much for a 380,000 mWatt/sec at 320
