Which is the best home warranty company ?
for a home in the SF Bay Area ?

Do they only cover appliances or even Air Con ?
Do they cover plumbing and other things too ?

Do they make you wait a period of time before using it ?

Thanks

Kim

EVERY single one I EVER dealt with use the worse companies for repair.

I no longer will deal with them and most here probably won't either.

Usually HACKS do this kind of work. And yes, I have the facts to back up
this statement.

Home warranty companies are bottom feeder insurance companies. They are only
in business to make a profit for their shareholders. They do a gave
disservice to their customers by always using the lowest priced hacks to do
their work, then they take up to 90 days to pay the contractor. Some of the
home warranty companies now have stipulations that you have to have your
HVAC system under contract with a service agreement or they won't cover it.

I didn't know that newest approach.... those sleezebags.

I HATE homewarranties and will NOT do any work for them

Heck, I hate Tranes and American Standards as well, they expect a roof top
condenser coil on a 15 ton unit to take four hours and $150 for the crane.
They too are crooks.
