Nice reasoned response.

But you stopped half way. Run a load and you'll see for the same house
in Columbus, Ohio and Phoenix, Arizona the load is smaller at the same
humidity.
Not as much latent load.
I'll let you flesh that out as you don't need much explaining.

Well just out of curiosity I took an existing project [using ACCA Manual J
Software] and it showed that if [using my structure details] I changed the
"wet bulb" temperature only leaving all other factor's... this is what I
found:

@75º F w.b. = 8.01 tons [Normal for most areas]
@68º F w.b. = 7.05 tons [Normal for areas coastal areas within 30 miles of
the ocean]
@50º F w.b. = 5.62 tons [not normal most area's but dryer than most - just
to expand the exercise.]

Draw what you think.
