Unionism is just an excuse to cover not having the Cajones to get a
decent education. You have noted that most large commercial companies
have huge ads seeking Bachelors degrees at minimum. I guess it is much
more fun to make demands of the person who builds the company and gets
the work. It really burns the Union flunkies ass that the owners might
make More money by his actual entrepreneurship. I can remember
requesting certain capable people at the Union hall and getting older
seniority bums that did not give a fuck about doing any work. You do
remember who invented the term "Featherbedding"?

Evidently they mistakenly sold you a sucker instead of a blower, reversing
the polarity will probably fix that.
It's a Comfort Taker... often sold to suckers, (sometimes given at a
discount to blowers)

How many wires are there into the motor?

If there are just four then connect the capacitor accross the other
two wires which are right now propably commoned up. Then common the
two that were connected across the capacitor.

The capacitor must be in series with the highest resistance winding.
