I have a 4 zone residential application, 20 year old home with
baseboard heat with a new Buderus oil fired hot water boiler.

For an unknown reason, the first floor baseboard does not receive
enough heat.
It never has, even before the boiler was replaced. The baseboard at the
end of the loop is always lukewarm no matter how long the circulator
(taco oo7-f4) runs. I've checked the obvious (boiler temp, air bound
etc). It's not an unusually long run. On this zone I have 30 feet of
baseboard and two beacon morris K120 wall heaters. 3/4 pipe used in
the loop and the beacons are hooked up by venturi.

Other zones, even third floor, work well and the baseboard puts out
great heat.

To try and solve the first floor problem, I would like to replace this
007-F4 circulator with a model with a lot more flow rate. Taco model
0011-F4 seems to be a good choice. Please confirm or recommend any
models or fixes that might be appropriate.

If it didnt work correctly with the old system, what made you think it
would with the new one? Why do you just want to toss parts at it like
a bigger circulator pump? How about increasing the pipe sizes? Maybe
increase the water pressure? Maybe install a duct booster in the flue?
How about this one: Call someone that can actually diagnose your
problem and get it fixed right the first time?

Oh goody. Another clueless homeowner that didnt get the answer he
didnt pay for.
I'll leave you with this little clue dipshit.
Doesnt it seem strange that the same little motor that sends water
through the pipes up to your third floor and works fine cant seem to
do the same good job on a first floor run?
Just keep throwing parts at it.
You figure it out, asshole.

The 007 and the 0011 are not that different as they appear
on the charts.
Go with the next size or 2 up from the 0011. Just a little higher amp draw,
but will do what you want.
