I have a two-year old Lennox XP13 with a CBX32M blower coil set up in the
down flow mode. I have two problems:
1) Insufficient cooling (air temp at the register yesterday was 73.6 deg
with 74% humidity, o/s air temp about 88 deg.) A Lennox tech said the air
temp at the register should be about 58-62 deg. BTW, on a 93 deg day the
inside air temps will climb to about 83-84 deg.
2) During operation, I noticed condensation dripping on the blower housing
and wiring. Any ideas? Thanks.

Sure;
Low refrigerant charge causing the coil to ice. You should expect
approximately 18 - 22 deg differential from the indoor air temperature to
supply temperature. If it's less than this, you need to have your
neighborhood licensed, bonded, insured and trained HVACR technician stop by
and check the charge, airflow, and insure the return duct is attached and
sealed.
Good luck

What Zyp said.... along with could be... too many registers closed, and/or
dirty filter and/or your using the 3M super allergen filters without the
system being designed for high airflow restriction filters.

The above statement is Stormys way of saying,
"Gee folks. I really dont have the slightest clue on what his problem
is. Maybe if I ask my boss he will know because I wouldnt even know
how to tie my shoelaces unless my mommy tells me how.
