you may want to find out why the original system 3 was disconnected in the
first place...
maybe pressure test the old system...
Did they disconnect an old gravity system & add a circ pump?
As for eff. a BTU is a BTU, there might be a bit of difference, but not
enough to matter...
If the space is staying warm, it's working.
