Anyone with the money would not want to BUY a job...they rather sit on their
ass.
And if someone has that kind of money (cash)...they don't need this job

Not necessarily true...

They'd buy it and have someone else do the manual work. While they sit back
and enjoy the extra income.

the problem is, in this particular industry, there isnt enough ROI to
warrant spending up to 1/4 mil to purchase the assets. then there's
the risk factor.

IMO, J's best solution is an ESOP.......unless he's also offering 99
yr financing!
