Do you want a list of furnaces I have replaced that are only 3 years old?
One clue, installation issues... major ones.
Next time, maybe your builder won't use the lowest bidder. But don't count
on it, because every new homeowner is more worried about their kitchen
cabinets and living room furniture than the appliance that's going to
maintain and control their comfort.
