Can someone recommend a vendor who stocks parts for discontinued CE or CBE
model fans? The blower wheel whose pictures I posted a few weeks ago
apparently is from a CE or CBE model.

Google is your friend.
Beyond that, stuff that is "discontinued" isn't manufactured anymore. Your
probably going to be having to replace the whole unit.
BTW... next time you pull a blower wheel off a motor shaft, go easy with the
torch so you don't warp the wheel again.
