No symantics to it. Service call fee gets us there and initial diagnostics

        And it ain't no stinking $ 40. Except maybe from Stormy
Mormy. Then again, he charges for WRONG answers and WILD GUESSES,
pros charge for RIGHT answers. WRONG answers and wild guesses are
usually cheaper in this world. Hell, sometimes they're free.

With a minimum of test instruments you can probably determine whether
the airconditioner is working properly.
You will have to read & study how to do take & document the test data.
