what kind of track record does water furnace have as far as dependability ?
which do you prefer ... open loop or closed loop?

All the ones I've installed we hooked-up to cooling towers.

Never had any major problems.

Yes...
They're not the best, but they're far from the worst...
A corporate takeover brought a bunch of beancounters.
Many folks left & joined up with the old California heatpumps & another
brand to create another brand.
Climate Master, I think.
Almost identical units from what I hear.
