the GY9 92% furnaces have had a lot of problems with the draft inducers.
and the plastic drain pans on there evap coils are so cheesey if you sneeze
on them
they crack.i just dont think york is worth the money that you pay for it.

Actually, it *is* worth the money *you* pay for them. :)

Consumer Reports said that central HVAC systems were generally very
reliable, but York, Heil (we have one), and Goodman/Janitrol were
among the worst. The best were Trane/American Standard and Rheem/Ruud

I built 4 condos, put in Luxaire 13 SEER AC systems, cool only, AHUs
as heavy as a furnace, no complaints so far.
