anyone out there have plans or drawing for a 500 sq ft building. Doing it
for a very needy person to open a beauty shop. Frame would work and we are
using pier style construction.

That is a very general question. I suggest that you start with your
local building code people to find out what they will require.

If it is gonna be on piers anyway, cheapest route would likely be to buy a
used office trailer, like used on used car lots and construction sites. That
way, if the shop fails (as most of them do), the whole thing can be pulled
out of there and sold for a few bucks. Is there any way a slab and stem wall
could work? A garage kit, with glass installed where the big door would be,
is also pretty cost-effective compared to a custom building. Otherwise, you
are just talking a large heavy-duty shed, but with a finished interior.
Whatever you put there, running the water/sewer/electric to it is going to
be a large part of the cost.
Is code enforcement and inspection an issue around there? Around here,
buildings where the public is gonna enter are held to much tighter fire
rules about exits and sprinklers.

That seems awful small. Can't you just lease a building, or can they just
lease a station from a existing beauty shop? What's your Budget? Is the shop
going to be on a residential piece of property next to a house?

Why 500 sq.ft.?
If you can make your application fit in
350 sq.ft. then you can use a converted
shipping container.

If you're set on stick-built construction,
how many people (clients and staff),
what do you need by way of bathrooms,
and what sort of weather conditions are you
expecting? Do you need stamped plans,
or just plans. Do you need construction
details like nailing schedules, or is there
someone in your crew who knows what they're
doing?
