Any experience of the Arnold 16-in. "Power Rake" de-thatching blade that
is intended to replace the regular blade on a mower?

They can be pretty brutal to the lawn. You need to run the motor at a very low
speed, and keep it moving quickly to avoid pulverizing the grass. Do it when the
grass is (or will be soon) growing quickly, without drought risk if you want the
grass to survive.
After use, rake the remaining grass to remove the shredded grass and stand the
remaining grass up so it doesn't self compost, and don't walk on it for a couple
weeks.
