Building code for Decks

Anyone out there have the specs from the National Building Code on
Deck Construction. My deck will be 10 feet off the ground and free
standing. I would like to have a read on the specs according to the
Natinal Building Code. If you have an electronic copy of the code,
could you email me the pages on Decks.
