Hello, we are looking to repair a fence that dates to the early 1960s in
Southern California. We don't have the big bucks to buy a new one, so
we'd like to at least do a decent repair job by reinforcing the posts
(they've aged very well) and replacing the wooden horizontal slats. They
look similar to this whereas + is the fence pole:), no spaces just cedar
slats.

This isn't a contemporary horizontal fence without any space between the
slats they stack, one on top through a wooden fence poles with slots.
The wood slats are about five feet in length by four inches width, 3/4"
thick. They stack about seven feet high no lattices, this is for
privacy. We looked at Home Depot, and all they have are these cheap
warped pine
wood ones though they're similar? Does anyone have any recommendations
in the Southern California area on retailers who make replacement wood
slats? Thank you.
