The website undertool.com offers a construction bidding service for
everyone now. The project is postet on the website for free and the
contractors then bid on them. It is almost like big constructions
projects give away their jobs. The cheapest contractor gets the job,
unless the client decides they like another contractor better and want
to pay more.
