You can use either 7/8 or 1 inch holesaw.
Measure the thickness of the door, use the center hole which is
labelled for your door thickness. If your door is 1 3/4 thick, use the
center hole which is labelled 1 3/4.
Essentially, drill in the center of the door edge. Not closer to
either side of the door.

It says:
"Mark center of door thickness for hole diameter 7/8" or 1" for
circular drive in".
And then there is a picture below with two bulls-eye and one that says
1 3/4" and 1 3/8".
Can you please help me make sense of this?
