An ice cube and, if needed, some Benadryl is probably a little safer.
Wouldn't hurt to wash it first.

Yee wants a little household ammonia. The wasp venom is acid,
and the ammonia neutralizes that. It's pretty much like magic.

TY. I shall put that in the grey matter hard drive, and hope it doesn't get
deleted or pushed out by new information. I did the Benadryl cream thing,
and that helped. A little. Those suckers hurt.

chlorox works wonders on a wasp sting also. Pain free in nanoseconds.

When next to a stream / river jump in. It stops the attack, and
rubbing "mud" on the sting will stop the stinging. I've spoken to
people that used to use "chewing tobacco or snuff" spit.
