I have a F15T8 lamp in my desktop lamp. It's only 15W. Does anyone know if they
make the
same type of lamp bigger than 15W? All stores I checked have this type of lamp
in 15W only.

Well by definition a F15T8 is a "F" fluorescent lamp "15" 15 watts and
the "T8" describes it's size. You can't just change wattage lamps is a
given fixture because the fixture contains a "ballast" or other device to
supply the lamp with the proper current and voltage. You need a new desktop
lamp. Take a look at full spectrum lamps like:

The physical size and wattage of the lamp may be fixed, however lumens is
the amount of light produced by the lamp. You may be able to find a lamp of
that description that puts out more lumens then the one you have. Go to a
site like www.grainger.com and look up all the lamps of that type and
compare "initial lumens"

around 10 to choose from including blacklights at grainger where you
will find excellent product descriptions.
your bulb is usually 18" long replace it with the color of light you
like warm versus cool white, look up "CRI", perhaps choose daylight,
and the lumens you want. your used bulb may also be dimmer than a brand
new one, but now you can choose a bit brighter one as well. preheat
type may use a rocker switch on your lamp.
