Yea, I think so, but I would give it a half life of a number of years.

You're asking how long a preservative lasts?

I've had the same bottle for five or six years as it takes only a small
amount for my lawn-mower. And I've had no problems.

Yes! Although there is no expiration date printed on the container, Stabil has a
two year shelf life once you open the container and break the original seal.
