defective main breaker in your 220 service.
broken or burned out or fallen power wire.
defective power company meter.
call your power company on this one, it's free.

yep, check incomming poer before your breaker if possible, this will
tell everything.

Until you find out what's goin on, kill the breakers on everything that
uses 220. If it tries to run it could damage it.
