How do I stain this deck properly.

How do I stain this deck properly. Toller 05-20-2006

Then the undersides, should be cleaned and waterproofed with stain. Open the
boards up as well.

I went at it with bleach and it looks 90% better. A small amount of the
solid stain came up with the mold.
Last time I pressure washed it first and then used bleach.
