Professional Memberships
Validate Roof Time's commitment to quality and protects our customers!
Past and present memberships include; National Roofing Contractors
Association, Ohio Roofing Contractors Association, Tri-State
Contractors Association, Kentucky Roofing Contractors Association,
HBA, PRAC, and O.S.H.A. SAFTY TRAINING,

Clean-Up
Roof Time works hard to "keep it clean'! We use: tarps, nail magnets,
and ground crew to clean job debris. Company policy is to clean the
debris EVERY DAY, not at job end like so many others. Please check
with the office prior to placing all non-job related debris into our
disposal vehicles, as the dump sites may reject the entire load, thus
costing you extra in disposal.

Fair Quote
Your written quote is based on Roof Time providing all the material
needed to complete the job. We often request FULL shingle skids to be
delivered due to manufacturer 'Lot Numbers'. We return all un-used
material at job's end. However, if you'd like to keep any extra
material, simply call the office, we can bill you according to your
wishes.

Construction Site
Roof Time is committed to making your project as smooth and stress
free as possible! We remind you that this IS major construction. Roofs
are frequently NOISY and DIRTY. Major landscaping can be protected,
but flowers may be damaged. Attic spaces often fill with dust and
grit, so you may consider protecting stored attic / garage items prior
to our beginning work. Interior wall / ceiling decorations are usually
safe; please feel free to share your concerns and Roof Time will make
every effort to protect your property!

Due Upon Completion
Roof Time does NOT require "half-down' or perform credit checks like
our competition. Most projects are paid in TWO installments. The
initial payment is due upon your authorizing Roof Time to proceed. The
entire balance is not due until the day the job is completed! See your
specific contract for more details.

Payment
Your personal check is welcome. Cash payments are to be paid only to
your project manager. Credit card payments are not accepted due to the
excessive fees charged back to Roof Time. If any other payment terms
are needed, only the office should be consulted. Field personnel are
strictly prohibited from offering or authorizing any change in Roof
Time policy.
