Like others said, no matter what you are going to have to do some
wiring. If wiring proves difficult, try removing your medicine
cabinet. If it was recessed it might wiring easier. Or as a
suggestion, if you are interested in getting a new medicine cabinet,
you will probably have to reframe the opening anyway and thus might
make wiring easier and plus you have more options as to what light
fixture you want.
