Tools required:

Safety goggles
Ruler
Electrician's tape
Scissors


Measure the clock display on your VCR
Cut an equal length of electrician's tape
Put the tape over the clock display on the VCR.

Won't work right if it's a multifunction display and you want to see
the other thing that's displayed there (often tape counter).

What's a VCR? I just went to Blockbuster and all they have are DVDs.

It's an old-fashioned player for fat, rectangular DVDs with poor audio

Hey! The audio quality on the HIFI vcrs isn't that bad!
