If you want to sell property in the USA, please contact me. I am a
private person and can move anywhere within the USA.

Here is what I am looking for:

A quiet and safe neighborhood, some land (up to 5 acres) outside of a
little town. I should be able to reach a town with a bike for grocery
shopping, post office and bank access.

Should have electricity or with electricity close.

Water would be nice. Trees would be nice too.

I need Internet access.

If a little cottage/trailer is on it, great.

I can't pay more than $ 5000 for the land and not more than $ 5000
additonally for the cottage/house or trailer.

I will sell you one square foot of my back yard. It contains a tree
and a house (a birdhouse). I want $5000 for the land and $5000 for
the birdhouse. I'll throw in an old bike for free, but you'll have to
replace the tires, wheels, seat, handlebars, pedals, and frame.
You can move in as soon as your $10000 check clears the bank.
