I hit my toe with a hammer. Damn that was painful. Worse yet, my
intestines are hanging out of my toe now. The wife wants me to go to
the doctor/ Do you think I should? I hate doctors so I will only go
in an emergency.

DOn't forget the axle grease before duct taping. You need to kill those

Nah, most of us are smart enough to push the intestines back inside
and duct tape the wound closed.
