My (almost) two years of horrors continue. I've kept a log, so if you
want to read about a comedy of errors compounded and compounded, have a
visit:

http://www.brainchampagne.com/sears.html

It's astonishing how the keep making the same mistakes over and over
again, fail to respond to complaints, and fail to honor their "Money
cheerfully refunded if not satisfied" alleged guarantee even though
it's clearly written into my CONTRACT.

K Mart owners have dropped the money back warranty:(

sears service ius the most overpriced service there is.

have your furnace with air service both by the same tech and you will
pay extra travel charges for the tech to swap tool kits........

I will NEVER buy another thing that needs Sears service its a rip off

...or any other of their enormously overpriced contractor home
services. Oy.

Thanks for posting this, and sorry for your experience. Had a window
and siding job quoted by Sears once just for shits and giggles and
their quote was literally 3x any other quote I got.

Best Regards,

Overpriced on appliances too. Shopping for a fridge on Thanksgiving
weekend. Exact same model of GE Profile side-by-side, was $600 more at
Sears than at Best Buy. 0% financing was worse too, 12 months vs. 18
months.

one day soon searsa will join WT GRANT, Hills, Zayres, AMES, montgomery
ward, and all the others who went out of business.

K Mart management will kill sears
