Get your instructions out, read them, then read again. Underline the
things you don't understand (if any) and call customer service for
answers. Then be sure sure your rough in is perfectly accurate,
square, plumb, and level. Lost the paper work? Hold everything until
you get copies.

What does it say in the installation instructions? Many of the
Sterling (by Kohler) units need no more bottom support than a good
solid floor. HTH
