It's no wonder that Linux is still a niche operating system. Who the
hell would want to subject themselves to the pompous assholes that
infest the Linux news groups?
Mentally unbalanced people who go berzerk over top posting messages?
Pompous assholes who seem to believe that just because **they** enjoy
scouring the internet just to make a program work that everyone else
orgasms doing the same thing.

Linux?
Thanks but no thanks.
I'll stick with Windows because the community is so much friendlier and
more knowledgeable as well.

Ok man if you dont want to use Linux that is your problem, dont come
here with your bullshit so you go fuck yourself and tell windows how it
was.

What a pompous asshole. You prove his point.

Linux is not a niche operating system-- do you think operating systems
are only installed on "desktop computers"?

No one. They don't go there for the assholes. They go there for the
people trying to help. There are plenty of non-assholes as well.

G Henslee isn't a Linux user is he?

Purchase a Linux program from a vendor (with money-- just like you do
on Windows) which claims it runs on your version of your distribution
and I doubt you will have any problems. Don't compare apples and
oranges. Free Linux apps are just plus. Even most 100% free
applications I install on Linux just work.

The windows community is more knowledgeable? Even people who HATE
Linux would probably disagree with you on that one.
