So you like MS - so use it - I really don't give a rat's ass. There are
some legitimate reasons for using MS. For me it no longer makes any sense.
Linux is much more robust, secure, and it does not cost me $600 every time
I get a new computer ($100 for MS WinXX $300 for MS OfficeXX, etc.). I
find that Linux does what I need. Anyway, Linux is about CHOICE - so if
yours is MS, hey, go for it. Just remember that without Linux you would
not have a choice.

===> Yes, you do, as evidenced by that sentence.
Ironic? No, don't think so!

===> Very possible. Not unusual, in fact.

===> AFter you get it compiled/installed as you want
it, maybe. It's possible, not guaranteed by a long
shot.

secure,
===> Nope. Only as secure as the person using it.
Linux can be pretty wide open if one isn't careful.

and it does not cost me $600 every time

===> Me neither. Nor anyone else I know. Last one I
bought in fact, I didn't buy any apps or os with it;
don't need to if you already have them. But if you're
just getting started or a literal "user", then that can
have very great advantages. You're just being
egocentric and arrogant.

I

===> Good for you. I do, too. MS also does what I
need. I have both; give you two guesses which one is
the MOST convenient? First guess doesn't count.

Anyway, Linux is about CHOICE - so if

must bow down to Linux for MS?
You're quite an oxymoron, know that? Trollish even,
so don't look for ME to respond to you again.

I only take exception to people who take exception.

You PAY for MS apps?? F*ck, just steal them like I do. It's much cheaper,
easier and Bill can afford it.

It's also illegal and, IMHO, immoral.
