I would assume that you have been given the manuals for the units
installed? If so, look at the manual for the condenser unit and see if
the amperage of the breaker is correct. If they installed a breaker
smaller than called for, it could be the reason your breaker is tripped.
If it is correct and tripped, call back the installer and insist on
getting the problem fixed. It is highly unlikely that it will have been
a "One time event." The longer you wait the harder it will be to get
them to correct the problem. They can measure the current drawn by the
unit to see if it is exceeding the expected draw.
