A news-source does not come with XNEWS or (most?) other mail readers.
Normally your ISP (roadrunner, etc) has a news server that you use.
There are some free ones if your ISP doesn't have any, but you have to
find them. If your Outlook Express mail program can find news groups,
then you have them. Just connect XNEWS to the same place.
