Is alt.h.r just info on repairing homes structural components or, does
it also encompass repair to the homes contents. To be or not to be.

If it is the former then it is not the place to post unless you live
in a furnace.

If it is the latter then both alt.h.r and alt.hvac are appropriate
places to post hvac questions. Whether or not anyone in alt.hvac will
answer them is another topic.

The main thing to do if you are truley sick of pj's shit is killfile
him and his yapping gum pounding poodles.
